Can you cover my deductible?

We cannot cover your deductible. Under Senate Bill 38 it is illegal for any contractor to pay for your deductible. Companies that do this are usually not rooted in our community and will not be giving you the most equitable value for your new roof replacement and may possibly be
subcontractors that are not licensed or insured.

Do you take money upfront? Do you require a deposit?

At Roof Source, we never ask for homeowners to pay any money upfront regarding roofing services. No deposits are needed. All we ask if that payment is made in full upon completion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Electronic Check, Personal Check, Cash, Cashier’s Check. We do not yet take Credit Cards

How long will my project take?

Duration of any project, roof replacement or roof repair, can depend on the size and pitch of the roof. Steeper roofs or larger scale roofs can be more difficult than others. The average completion time is two days for residential roof replacements.

Do I need to Prepare for my new Roof?

We would suggest taking any plants off of your patio/s and placing them in a safe place. If there are any pictures or fragile breakable items on your walls or ceilings, we would suggest taking them down due to the hammering and vibrations during your roof load/install. Please keep your driveway clear for our trucks and trailers and keep your children and pets in a safe environment as there is lots of debris and nails that will be falling off of your roof.

How long will my new roof last?

Depending on the manufacture and style and warranty that you select with them, your roof can have a lifespan from 25 years to a lifetime. We have a 10 year labor guarantee on all residential roofs.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Colorado and most municipalities along the Front Range. Email office.roofsource@gmail.com to request a copy of a license or Insurance cert.

Do you handle permits, HOA, or inspections?
